every customer care number is chargeable and can not do any call even if you have unlimited call pack on your number you should recharge individually some amount to you number only then you can make a call to customer support and it is too costly . conclusion is that you will find a solution but it is not easy and too costly. very bad experience . close your accounts or credit cards from this bank.
