Pathetic bank , poor service and cheap staff
I had the worst experience of my life. I don’t know if Shalimar bagh branch is like this or indusind bank operates like this only. It took them more than 15 days to open a minimum balance account. Staff and manager is different type of lazy. They don’t know anything especially a staff named divyanshu. Don’t deal with him at all. I suggest everyone to not open an account with this bank especially Shalimar bagh branch. If you have an account then keep minimum balance in it
