This is my Mistake I have opened Account in IndusInd bank I have blocked more than 15 Numbers for Loans/credit card from IndusInd Bank But every day they call from different numbers. I received almost 2-4 calls daily from Bank for taking loan even though I don't require it, Pathetic banking experience . I already conveyed that i don't want loan even though the do not remove my number from the list. It feels like harassment to me
totally incompetent staff and non co operative. Please do not get fooled by sales talk. many mistakes by immature staff. No response to my querries for months. worst banking experience.
AVOID INDUSIND BANK & DONT BANK AT SATTADHAR BRANCH IF YOU DON'T WANT TO INVITE PROBLEMS & TROUBLE. Don't bank with Indusind Bank & don't bank at Sattadhar branch. The branch manager thinks he's too smart. I was misled. My money was upheld without any reason and the IndusInd customer care did not help me. Actually they were hiding their own wrong doing.
