I went to indusind Bank paltan bazar branch one of their bank employee told me to take debit card worth Rs.2500 and she said that there Will be no charge then it's debited Rs.2950 after Card arrived. And she told me that you will get worth Rs2500 which is voucher of indusind shopping voucher. Still i didn't get the voucher. I am cheated. Very worst service I have got now. Still i am trying to get the voucher. Hope i will get the voucher.
Extremely disappointed with the staff's conduct. The management is rigid, and the frontline staff is highly unprofessional and uncooperative. Instead of focusing on customer service, they are only interested in aggressive sales and meeting internal targets. Basic requests are ignored or redirected. Not a place for anyone seeking respectful or efficient banking. Avoid this branch if you value your time.
Very bad customer service.
