I am extremely disappointed with the service from IndusInd Bank. My company, Nirvighna Busisolve, has been requesting a bank statement, and despite visiting the branch three times, I still have not received it. Worst banking experience with IndusInd Bank. They froze my current account, customer care never picks up calls, and service is extremely slow. No proper communication or support from the bank.
