I had a very good experience. One of the staff members was with me throughout my entire visit to the bank and was extremely helpful and supportive.
Pathetic Branch Indusland bank has the worst service
I am extremely disappointed with the service from IndusInd Bank. My company, Nirvighna Busisolve, has been requesting a bank statement, and despite visiting the branch three times, I still have not received it. I was assured that the statement would be sent within 24 hours, but there has been no response or resolution even after repeated follow-ups.
