No response I visited 2.3 tyms waste of time
Very poor customer service at this branch. I submitted a complaint regarding an issue with my account but there has been no response even after many days. The staff are not supportive and do not provide proper information. The branch manager’s response was also very disappointing and unhelpful. Overall a very bad experience. I hope the bank management takes this seriously and improves the service at this branch.
Waste services cutting amount for no reason I will suggest to don't open account in this bank..
