Very disappointing experience at – Jubilee Hills branch. I visited twice just to get a Demand Draft printed, and both times the staff gave different excuses instead of solving the issue. First, they insisted it must be done from my home branch (Secunderabad), even though DDs are basic banking services that should be handled at any branch. Very poor service at IndusInd Bank Tolichowki branch. My account has been frozen for almost 20 days, and I have been visiting the branch daily. Every day staff says “come tomorrow,” but no one takes responsibility. Extremely unprofessional behavior and no respect for customers’ time. Worst banking experience ever.
I went to this place I wanted to apply for new atm card and link my adhar in my account and wanted to make a change in my account But then there one lady and one guy not willing at all to help keep saying that I have a new atm active and my adhar has been link with my account and I’ve never link my adhar with my account at all very bad experience
