Very bad experience Not good staff
I had a very disappointing experience with IndusInd Bank. My debit card and UPI transactions were suddenly blocked without any explanation. When I visited the branch, the staff confirmed that my account was active and there were no issues with it. They even tried my debit card in their ATM, but it still didn't work. Instead of resolving the problem, they simply asked me to contact customer care or send an email. I did exactly that. Customer care told me to send an email, which I did.
