Worst service ever. Promised me that my Ac will be opened in 1 day later they kept on asking unnecessary documents even today after 18 days my bank isn't created no one is responding to call representatives are on leave when complaining to manager about the stress I'm going through and how I'm suffering he has no shame to laugh on the face horrible people
Very bad banking experience both online and offline. Will be closing my account very soon.
Horrible service. Everytime I visit the branch i come back promising never to go back to that branch. Bank Manager is never present. The staff wants me to do kyc when kyc is not due. They do not have a complaint form. I gave a complaint on a plain paper, but will not be surprised if they have thrown it in the dust bin.
They keep deducting money unneccasarily and dont even help with customer support
