Very rude behaviour by Srinivasalu at this branch. This branch doesn't even deserve one star. Don't waste your time and money here because they don't know how to speak with customers.
Very Bad Service from All, Start from Base to the Customer Care. I opened the Account on 1st Sept and it was 15 Mis Process but they took more than 3 hours to take the details. Post that It took almost 10 days to get the Documents. And now its almost 15 days and I haven't got the Debit Card. When I tried to call Customer Care, its not Connecting and Automated Call is not taking me to right person. Bank staff has no Clue and they are telling me to come to Branch to apply for new Debit Card. Will Never Recommend this to anyone... read more
