Had a wonderful experience at santosh nagar branch loved it everyone was very good well behaved from security to all staff members specially SHIVA SIR of cashier department

Staff not good wast service in branch
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this IndusInd Bank branch. The staff are not completing their work on time and are not providing proper contact details to reach them. Every day they repeat the same response — that an employee will come to my home for field verification — but nothing has happened even after 15 working days. I have been visiting the branch daily for updates, but I still haven’t received any proper response or support. This level of service is completely
Worst bank, irresponsible employees, no contact numbers, toll free ivrs number headache, time waste including landline number no lifting totally fraud bank useless close the bank how many apps will u run one is not useful useless skillless developers always calling customers for the leoducts but no services after that. Credit cards are useless after paying also sends messages.worst and worst bank close the banks for God's sake. Call me if u read this if u have guts
