Very poor Service, Unprofessional Staff
No in the Prashant vihar branch want to work all are treating as government servant
worst bank ever , freezed my account since 6 months instead of solving my issue they are just buying time saying lane excuses , I even reached the home branch yet they say that their biometric doesn't work , how stupid logic it is
I am using upis transactions with my indusind bank accont and sudeen my bank account got freez and then visit the branch and they said we will unfreez your account but you have to invest here in fd or you have to took a heath insurance plan from us first then we will unfreez your account seriously... very bad services just want to close my account with them
