I had a very disappointing experience with IndusInd Bank while opening a savings account. An initial deposit of ₹10,000 was taken, but my account was never activated. My video KYC failed due to an Aadhaar photo issue, after which I was repeatedly asked to visit branches. I visited the IndusInd Bank Attapur Branch three times, but received no proper guidance or resolution.
