I had a very disappointing experience with IndusInd Bank while opening a savings account. An initial deposit of ₹10,000 was taken, but my account was never activated. My video KYC failed due to an Aadhaar photo issue, after which I was repeatedly asked to visit branches. I visited the IndusInd Bank Attapur Branch three times, but received no proper guidance or resolution. WHY THE HELL ARE YOU LETTING OPEN ACCOUNT ONLINE IF YOU CANT HANDLE IT. WOSRT EVER BANK SERVICE SEEN. IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF & WHOEVER SEES REVIEW NEVER OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THEM ESPECIALLY ZERO BALANCE
I don't recommend anyone to open a zero balance account in this bank i opened a zero balance account in this bank and the account was going good for sometimes but after that they froze my account and said you opened an online account online accounts have a lot of problems and all those stupid things worst account and banking experience ever
Worst service indusind bank.. Unfortunately they Froze my account, I Raised a complaint but not respond anyone. I visited this bank Submitted my Kyc Documents but still not activate my account..
