It's been 2 weeks I have requested for the Name change. And usual TAT is for 3 working days is what they mentioned. But after 2 weeks when I check the name change is not yet done and the staff named TAJ is not picking up the call and not updating the status as well. Visited the other nearby branch and checked the status. They said that the signature is not yet updated. It's been 2 weeks and no update for the name change. Worst experience from the Ananth nagar branch. Irresponsible staffs. Please take action on this.
This bank is very bad
I have been regularly dropping emails to the bank’s customer care team without receiving a satisfactory resolution. When I visited the nearest branch to update my address, I was informed that my account had been frozen. I submitted a written complaint and completed the re-KYC process at the branch. The Branch Manager assured me that a field officer would visit my new address for verification. However, even after repeated visits and reminders, no one has visited till date.
