This bank is very bad
I have been regularly dropping emails to the bank’s customer care team without receiving a satisfactory resolution. When I visited the nearest branch to update my address, I was informed that my account had been frozen. I submitted a written complaint and completed the re-KYC process at the branch. I have been following up persistently for the last 3 days to obtain my bank statement, clearly mentioning the urgency and how critical it is for me. Despite repeated requests, there has been no proper response or resolution from your end No surprise IndusInd continues to struggle for customer satisfaction and ranks lower compared to other banks in the market
