I want to close my account actually for that I went to branch on 28 may, I given a letter for close the account they taken signature and all and said pay 1100+ change due to non maintenance fee then I have deposited also then they told me that sir your Account will be close in 24 hours. Today I got a message again like pls maintain min balance to avoid charges. Why???? I don’t know why you people are torturing customers, why you didn’t close my account??? I have nothing issues with my other banks I have hdfc, bank of Baroda ... read more

They don't care about customers , management has to take action on them.
Worst bank ever. They do not respond to customer problems and when they need to give off credit card they claim false things. I was told I will get a higher limit of credit card but got only 30k limit. Even thier customer care doesn’t work. Waste bank ever , do not ever fall in thier trap of credit card offers.
