**NO HELP RECEIVED** Staff unavailable to help. On approaching to the Branch manager, he did not have any clue and was unable to help. This is so disappointing
Where the hell this bank is located, can someone guide me how to reach from Cornerstone puppalaguda. I opened a shaving account online, they mandated me to deposit 10500/- and now iI am not able to use my money, they blocked my account for no reason. Scammers don't have any customer support also.
Came to get a new passbook, they took 1 hour to fix their broken machine, made me wait but still didn't give passbook asking to wait more. Very bad experience, will never visit again and close my account
