The staff here is absolutely awful. I'd rather keep my money behind brick walls in my house like the 1500s than go here.
I had a very poor experience with two staff members here. One was the bank manager even. I had to make an international transfer and I provided them with all the details including the purpose code that is required by LRS under RBI. They needed time so I asked for a letter stating the same so I can provide it to the Australian movers and packers company as nothing works on word of mouth in the professional field.
