Bad customer service
horrible customer, worst bank i have come across . the present branch manager is the most stupidest as one can get . my small reversal request is pending from last one year , the very same manager has worked overnight to do a fixed deposit for me. The said manager is Sajilal, who is the most incompetent person i have seen is my 50 years of life. Dear Indusind authorities , howmuch ever promotion you do , persons like Sajilal in Poojappura Branch , Trivandrum shall always bring smirk in Customer's faces.
