They simply don’t do such a simple process of KYC . By saying , only home branch can do kyc . Disgraceful
On 22/07/2025, I completed the KYC for my savings account, but today is 28/07/2025 and the KYC is still not completed; I don't know if it will ever be. Indusind Bank
The worst bank I have ever been to
Very poor service. Customer care executive dont have any detail of customer and branch never pick the call. At ghe time of opening an account they become very familier with you but after they complete target they will forget who are u. They wants to call every customer in branch at every cost. Please dont open account with this bank
