So slow....even tortoises are faster than this branch... I went for my EKYC at 3.30pm but waited for 1hr and there was no one to attend me...one of the employees told that he will come back in 5 mins but never came back.. There was only one security guard to open and close the door, but for no one... Worst experience ever in this branch...
