I gave one star as I can't give a negative rating. Although I have not applied for any loan or credit facilities from here or any associated entities, these people decided to do a CIBIL check which was not authorised or approved by me. These types of checks are against RBI guidelines. When I complained they denied it was them despite me showing them the message from CIBIL stating when they did it. Great experience here. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They were able to quickly resolve all my queries and concerns. Its been only 2 years since the branch was opened in this location. This is the 2nd branch after the branch in Aswini Junction. It is very empty most of the time so you get your work done very quickly here. Very professional banking from all of them. Will definitely recommend the bank and branch to all.
