I visited the branch expecting to avail a gold loan facility, but the front office staff informed me that the service was not available. This resulted in a waste of time and effort. My experience at this IndusInd Bank branch was extremely disappointing. In the morning, I waited for more than 1 hour, but the staff kept doing other work and did not attend to my request. After a long wait, they told me the biometric machine was not working and asked me to return in the afternoon. I went again in the afternoon and waited for another 30 minutes. Addition for your response. Still keep deducting 531 every week, Indus bank please stop this. I have contacted many times the below issue but getting only automated response. Please close my bank account. I've been banking with this bank since January 2024 and observed seven unauthorized debit transactions of 531 INR each, occurring in the months of August, September, and November.
