I had applied for opening an account on 18 March 2026, and all required formalities, including IP verification/check, were completed and payment deduction on 27 March 2026. Despite fulfilling all requirements from my side, my account has still 09 April 2026 not been activated. This clearly reflects negligence and deficiency in service on the part of your branch.
Pathetic service. Most of the staff are working without any responsibility, unnecessarily wasting time.
