This branch (Thellakom) of IndusInd bank seemed very lax resulting in a long wait time for a withdrawal. I had to wait for over twenty minutes and noticed that the cashier was away, the system at the counter were non-operational and the counting machine displayed the wrong count repeatedly. The service manager was busy on her phone and so was the security guard. The service levels are poor compared to other branches of the bank across locations.
