The feedback system and follow up from the bank side is very poor! I am maintaining my salary account in this branch from last 15 years! Recently I asked for an NOC from the bank ! When ever I approached them they always asks for an application and promises a call back! But could see any further action from their side after submitting multiple applications in written. Very disgusting experience
Service is very bad and executive behavior is not good
Going thru a painful process of opening a Pioneer account, where I submitted all the details for the opening, but even after 50 days i still cant register in the Indie app because of an error. Even after complaining abt the issue multiple times, they were saying the issue is on the backend team and they need to do it. I was told Pioneer account holders will get priority treatment but i dont see any priority in fixing my issue at all.
