One star is too many. The staff here doesn’t even know the basic procedure for opening a new account. I had a query on my application that no one told me about—I had to find out myself after multiple failed attempts to reach them by phone. Total lack of communication and basic banking knowledge.
Extremely poor customer service. I tried opening an account here, but nobody bothered to inform me that there was an issue or "query" with my application. I was left waiting for 8 days with no updates. To make matters worse, they don't pick up their calls. It’s impossible to get any information. Very unprofessional.
Negative ka option nahi he varna vo deta..OD close karne ko bola 1 week se jyada ho gaya kuch nahi huva...Branch manager ko call kiya to 5 min me update deti hu or ab phn rcv nahi kar rahi.
Maine 2:00 baje ka Paisa deposite karne ke liye diya tha abhi 3:00 baj gaye so bed
