Worst experience. Staff is not well trained they don't know whole process they ask each other and do their banking process, branch staff not professional, arrogant and gave the service like SBI to their Premium Account holder.
I visited the IndusInd Bank branch in Nanded regarding a death claim. It has been over 2 months, but I have still not received any proper update. The staff are not cooperative and do not communicate respectfully. Calls and messages are often ignored, making it very difficult to get information about the claim status. I request the branch management to improve customer service, respond to customers on time, and process such sensitive cases more efficiently.
