Worst experience ever!!!! Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff at this branch is incredibly rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. They openly refuse to provide basic banking services and treat customers with zero respect. I would highly advise against opening or keeping an account with this branch. One star is way too generous for this kind of treatment.
Worst branch ever! Boht ghatiya service and extremely rude staff . Avoid the IndusInd Bank Bokaro Branch at all costs! Recently, mera relocation hua hai, so I went there to change my home branch. Standard procedure hai taaki baad mei koi dikkat ho toh mujhe 600 km door na jana pade. But wahan ke employee ne faltu ke random questions puchna shuru kar diye. Had toh tab ho gayi jab argument ke beech he literally told me, "Aap agar apne transactions ko le kr sure nhi hai toh aap apna account close karwa ligiye." What kind of beh... read more
