BE AWARE!!!!!!! Worst Banking experience ever with Indusind bank Vaishali Nagar. Neetu Chaudhary was my RM and even after maintaining 21 lacs in account as average balance it's hard to connect and align the RM for any required task. I keep calling since last 13 days and finally I need to connect with Bank manager to align my account RM for account closure. For closure also they are asking for penalties and all. Seriously unprofessional people and worst branch ever.
Highly inefficient staff.... Services are poor
