I went to the Ghatlodia branch for my account closer , they said we closed your account and will call you when it completed to withdraw your remaining amount. But they didn't call me for my withdrawal. Very third class service very very pathetic behaviour. Now IndusInd Bank will reply this comment that we are sorry,call this number. “I went to IndusInd Bank, Ghatlodiya branch to close my account. A lady staff member told me that she would call me once the account closure is processed, but I don’t remember her name. Their service was very poor — completely unprofessional and without proper response. I have not received any call from them till now. Most importantly, an amount of ₹13,000 has been deducted from my account, and no clear explanation was provided for this. I strongly suggest that no one should open an account in this branch. For cash withdrawal it takes more than 30 min. As system is slow.
