Worst experience! !!! They could,nt find out the solution for unfreeze my debit card even last 22days. ...how banks run with these peoples! !!???
Very disappointing experience at this IndusInd Bank branch. I had handed over ₹50,000 cash to be deposited into my account, but the amount was not credited for a long time. I had to personally visit the branch again to get it resolved. This caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. A bank should never delay cash deposits, especially when customers trust them with their money. Hoping the branch improves transparency, responsibility and customer support so that such issues do not happen to anyone else.
It was a good experience over all except some minor issues
Came to update kyc no one attended me I sit in the branch for more than 2 hrs What kind of service are you offering There was no rust even thought I waited so long for a 5 mins process Pathetic
