I am NRI member. Very difficult to contact the service. I cannot come directly to the bank and cannot access through the phone now. No reply from the agents even after one week. Very poor service.You can see no replies.

Very poor service bank i ever scene, they freze my current account without any reason there i connected to customer support and they told to connect branch manager Kesavadasapuram and i connected and ask him then he also don’t know why the account is freezed i faced more transaction issues and i daily go to bank and daily waste my lot of tym full of idiots in bank and full if irresponsible employees i try to call they didn’t answer my call this is 1 week they freezed … my full money in that bank
