Extremely disappointed with @IndusIndBank New Ranip Branch service. My account has been frozen since January and no clear reason has been provided. Despite multiple visits and follow-ups, neither the Branch Manager nor Deputy Manager (Mr. Rabil) is responding. As per RBI norms, I should be informed about the reason and details of the freeze, but even after 3 months, no transparency. This is causing serious inconvenience.
