Extremely disappointing experience! I visited the branch to process a cheque of just ₹15,000 and ended up waiting for almost 1 hour. This is not acceptable for any banking institution. Customers have work, schedules, and responsibilities — our time is valuable too. If it takes this long for a small cheque, I can’t even imagine how long they will take for a ₹1 lakh cheque… maybe a full day? The staff seems in no hurry, and there is no proper system for fast and efficient service. I sincerely hope the management takes this fee... read more
