Since last 3days my savings account Harish Kumar Sanam is debit freeze. Yesterday itself I did ReKyc at Indusind bank branch. I submitted all the required documents. Still my account is debit freeze. Last 3 days my sip are lapsing. Why so much delay in unfreezing the account?? I have been your customer for last 7 years. First of all ReKyc should have been online the same which other banks offer. Shankar Nagar branch ke sare staff Customer ko Pareshan karte hain... Koi Issue and kitni bhi badi Problem le kar jao .. apne mein hi Gappe ladate rahete hain Roj Link Fail hone ka bahana banate hain. Ka chor log
The branch manager is very rude and not at all concerned about solving the customer's problem. She is always ready to argue with the customer.Poor staff behaviour, No coordination among the employees. This bank branch is only concerned about the fixed deposit, SIP, and new account opening as soon as you have done it, they are not at all concerned about the customer.
