Very rude staff, I had to do kyc so I visited bank, as soon I told him I opened account online and want to do kyc he started shouting saying you opened account online so do video kyc. Buy as per the process I should be able to do any of my choice, he was so rude while talking. Giving false information.

More than two tears credit card machine not working no body call me i send many times mail but no reply and they are deducting monthly charges when they give machine they told its free but they are charging everymonth and machine is switched off from last two years In this case will the bank take back the machine and return my all money its difficult service for customer which personally i can suggest away from this bank
Indusind bank मसरातु में नही है ये कोई सरारत में एड्रेस मसरातू का डाल दिया है बहुत लोग इधर ढूंढने आ जाते है, ये बैंक लक्ष्मी टॉकीज के पास SBI के नीचे है। इस रोड में कोई भी INDUSIND BANK का शाखा नही है। गूगल भी पता नहीं कैसे APPROVED कर दिया है।
