Extremely bad service. Takes more than 1 hour for a simple work. The Indie bank app doesn't work the service at the branch is the worst. Staff is busy on the phone (Abhilasha). Came to close my account and they took almost 2 hours to complete the task which only takes 15 mins. Don't even deserve 1 star. Abhilasha is extremely rude and doesn't attend to the customer and Kshitij. After almost 2 hours when we said to complete our work soon then Abhilasha said "kaam khatm karo and inko hatao yaha se".
