I went to the branch to unfreeze the account. The branch manager said that the team will contact you in two days but it's been 8 days, still no update, no call, it seems the manager has thrown away my application.
Bank staffs are not cooperative and rude, manager is also rude, pathetic service, very bad experience while depositing cash
