Given account closure request before 5 days still no service request raised. Very slow service at branch
Worst service in terms of providing accounting and tax documents. I put request for getting TDS certificate online as well on phone but not received for more than one week.
They have made my od account backed by mutual funds overdrawn by Rs 2 and made my life miserable by deactivating mine and my daughter's credit card as well putting debit freeze to my daughters account. Send me 4 registered post notices for Rs 2. Horrible experience
