I had a very disappointing experience with Nagarbhavi branch while trying to complete my KYC process. Due to technical issues, my KYC could not be completed through the online channel, and I was advised to visit the branch for assistance. Unfortunately, the branch staff (/senior lady) were not cooperative. Instead of understanding the issue and guiding me through the required steps, they continuously blamed the online team. Staff's are not responding properly I had a very bad experience
The staff is not trained enough to understand even a simple query also. This is a waste bank. Unfit employees, utter waste of time.
We express our heartfelt thanks to Vakya and her team for their continuous support. They recently resolved my DD deposit problem by co ordinating with Gulbarga Branch with folllow up and quick response 🙏🏻
Uneducated staff and pathetic customer service.
