Went for kyc but denied because it is an online account and told us to do online kyc and online people telling to do branch kyc, so finally closed the account
I had loan in Basavanagudi branch, earlier they were giving good service, nowadays for every work they demand money,so many times i visited the branch, nobody cares,they won't attend the calls and won't reply for mails also,because of this i closed my loan. Very worst bank.
