These people are true crooks. Don't trust this particular branch. They take advantage of senior citizens and keep issuing products that are never asked for. I asked my parents who authorized the credit cards (4 each) and they didn't know. They said "we got it in the mail." There are have been other similar instances with this bank in other places where they get signature for something and end up getting something else. Please raise a complaint with RBI whenever you encounter malpractices by these crooks.
Me and My mother both have savings account in this INDUSIND Bank Basavanagudi Branch from past may years. Relationship manager told me since my mother is 76 years senior citizen, maintaining minimum balance is not necessary. After confirmation she has withdrew money for personal use and this bank charged Rs.1062 for not maintaining balance. I am an NRI customer currently residing in the UK and holding an account linked to this branch. For the past few months, I have been requesting conversion of my resident savings account to NRO and correction of my name in bank records, as required under RBI/FEMA guidelines.
