If you deposit cheque in this branch, it will not be credited on the same day, you have to wait for 24+ hours, I also asked before depositing cheque, executive said it will be credited same day. I have also deposited cheque around 11 O clock. I have faced issues many times in this branch Registering complaint to Ombudsman for this branch.

Worst IndusInd branch ever. I had fd in bank and money was needed. Then I contacted bank and one of the bank's employee Shwetha she said that I can't withdraw money now, she pretended that it might be one more month. Everytime I asked she told me a string of lies then I called bank's customer care number(IVR)my money was in my account within 5 minutes
