Very very poor banking services. No one respond on the phone
The worse banking experience I’ve had ever. Inefficient, clueless and misleading staff. I opened an account and then closed it within a week. Pathetic! The staff doesn’t even need to know how to run their own system/print a DD.
No response from employees in spite of various calls as I require Interest and TDS details for previous year for filing my Tax returns. Further no Landline phone number or Mobile number of branch or Branch Manager mentioned on statements or FDR Receipt. Please provide Branch Manager's Name and Mobile number for updating him for better working of branch.
