This bank is absolutely terrible. Even to withdraw your own money, you need permission. If you want to withdraw cash from the bank, you have to inform them a day in advance, and only then will you get the cash. What if someone has a medical emergency and is in the hospital? Do we still need to inform the bank a day earlier? When you don't even have ₹4–5 lakh cash available, I don't understand why you are running a bank. Seriously, it's a very disappointing and frustrating banking experience.
Very very poor banking services. No one respond on the phone
The worse banking experience I’ve had ever. Inefficient, clueless and misleading staff. I opened an account and then closed it within a week. Pathetic! The staff doesn’t even need to know how to run their own system/print a DD.
