As a customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and assistance when approaching the branch with queries or issues. Unfortunately, the staff and, specifically, the Branch Manager, exhibit a severe lack of patience and a dismissive attitude. Service is very bad and slow. Not taken any responsibilty by Sr. Officer. Not attend any complaint. Keep pass books 2-2 months in this branch for updation. Previously losssed my passbooks and not found. Last 7-8 months problems in this branch to customers otherwise not any problems previously.
