Worst experience ever! My account got frozen, and when we went to reopen it, the staff member named Deepak flat-out refused to help. Not only that, but he also put false allegations on us and spoke in an extremely rude manner. Not customer friendly and very poor management by the manager. However, all other staff members are well manared.
