I recently contacted with the indusind bank at the mango branch on 03-09-2024 to resolve an issue Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service representative. They were dismissive, unprofessional, abrar alam staff who spoke to me in a condescending tone.
Staff behavior is unacceptable and requires immediate attention andimprovement.
