So, last week I opened an account here, and five days ago they froze it because the branch staff couldn't get my geo-location right on the application. The back-end team froze it, and five days later, the branch still hasn't unfrozen it, giving me all sorts of vague reasons. Before all this, their staff kept calling me, trying to get me to make a big fixed deposits, but I didn't want to since my net banking wasn't even activated yet.
