Worst banking service ever observed. Have deposited amount to my current acount at 12.30 pm and now its 2.04 pm and in 1hr & 30 mins time they didn't gave credit to my current account. Also on the customer care number there is no option to speak to customer care representative. In this fast forward time they are working like turtle. In 5 mins work they have taken more than 1 hrs & 30 mins. Pathetic banking service.
I had an ongoing privacy breach complaint with this bank for months. Their internal process dragged on endlessly, and I was never given a clear resolution. I had to do endless follow-ups. After being told simply to “keep patience ” and that “action had been taken,” I still have no confidence that my personal information is safe. Privacy breaches are extremely serious. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not trusting this bank with your information.

Worst Experience in my life here with Indusind Bank, Shyamal Branch, Ahmedabad...Officers not having proper knowledge of process, I have opened saving account here to get better interest rate which was my BIG mistake.
