Worst experience Using account since 6 years, but without prior notice they freezed my account. 8 days already gone and they are still generating queries. 1st they raised query on pan card, than on professional tax. My staffs salary and some EMi transation are pending due to this issue and still I don't know when will it get restarted. Worst experience, not expected from private bank.
Staff n working style of this branch is like 100 yrs old system they do not give credit of cash deposit before 2/3/5 hours as they all busy in clearing process and all they don’t have a value n important of cash deposit transaction Need to improve ya close branch to save time of customers like
