The bank staff does not help at all, they just harass the customer...you have to go to the bank 10 times and then they hear something...very bad experience
Lack of experience workers they don’t even have idea, in case of account frozen. They want you to visit bank multiple time before it get solved. Even customer care on call centers have more experience and idea then these peoples working in branch. They really need to have proper training before taking in the working staffs.
